FANAR 2.0 Launch 2025 - AI Summit Qatar

Be Creative Events was commissioned to deliver the official launch of FANAR 2.0 at the AI Summit Qatar 2025, creating a visually striking and technically complex performance that introduced the platform in a bold and innovative format.

At the core of the experience was a never-before-seen human levitation performance by internationally acclaimed artist Arthur Cadre, designed to symbolize the future-forward vision of FANAR 2.0. The performance required the development of a highly specialized rigging solution within the challenging structural conditions of DECC Qatar, including a hollowed roof and pre-existing truss constraints.

The team engineered a custom truss-based levitation and counterweight system, carefully integrated within the venue's limitations, ensuring both safety and precision. The act was fully synchronized with bespoke music composition and immersive screen animations, all produced to align with the Ministry's vision and presented in the presence of senior officials.

Despite an accelerated timeline, the full installation was executed within 12 hours, followed by less than 12 hours of rehearsal, requiring exact coordination between rigging, performance, stage management, and AV teams to achieve flawless execution.

The result was one of the most visually compelling moments of AI Summit 2025, captivating an audience of over 500 guests and delivering a powerful, memorable launch experience that set a new benchmark for live performance integration within technology-led events.
